About the role Help transform complex scientific and global health topics into clear, accurate visual stories—figures, charts, frameworks, and systems—for reports, presentations, and digital experiences. You’ll own workstreams, partner with analysts/researchers and client teams, and contribute to patterns/workflows that raise quality and speed.
What you'll do
Lead with design methods and visual communication strategy to deliver best-in-class work.
Translate analyst/research input into audience‑ready figures and charts faithful to the data and narrative.
Build from existing templates/patterns—and craft net‑new visuals when needed.
Prioritize multiple requests while upholding standards and lightweight workflows.
Collaborate with SMEs and clients; present clearly and iterate based on feedback.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Design (minimum) and
5–7 years
core focus in information design/data visualization.
Portfolio showing complex information graphics for scientific/health topics.
Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Flourish, GraphPad Prism, Excel; experience with Figma.
Familiarity a plus:
R, Python, D3, Processing, Chart.js .
Clear client communication; consultative intake/problem‑solving; strong organization and attention to detail.
