Instructional Designer
to join our Learning & Development team supporting curriculum design for global support functions, including data center operations. This role plays a critical part in developing impactful, learner-centered training experiences to upskill technical teams and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Curriculum Managers, and cross-functional partners to create and maintain engaging e-learning content, microlearning assets, and training materials. You’ll help ensure that courses are high-quality, align with organizational objectives, and support the continuous development of our global workforce. Job Title:

Contract What’s the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and instructional materials aligned to business objectives. Conduct needs assessments and task analyses to identify performance gaps and define learning outcomes. Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible learning content. Create multimedia assets, including video, animations, graphics, and interactive elements. Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to drive learner engagement and retention. Ensure all content meets accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG) and organizational quality guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Support innovative initiatives such as AI-enabled learning and 3D modeling for immersive experiences. What’s Needed?
5+ years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, learner analysis, and course development. 3+ years of experience developing e-learning with Articulate Storyline and Rise. 3+ years using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) for multimedia creation. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. Proven ability to apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning theories.
