Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instruments and Accessories
Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Instruments and Accessories. This role leads commercial marketing efforts for Radiometer’s portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories, driving product adoption, generating new leads, and enabling sales teams with tools that accelerate opportunity conversion across North America. The position reports to the Director, Marketing and is fully remote within North America.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories.
Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling.
Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field — MBA would be a plus.
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments.
Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes.
Experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts.
Travel and Additional Requirements
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings.

The annual salary range for this role is
$150,000 to $165,000 . This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Note: compensation details are subject to change and are at the company’s sole discretion until earned and vested.
