Retail Sales Manager position with Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc. (MWT), AT&T Authorized Retailer. This role leads high-traffic, sales-driven retail wireless stores and focuses on achieving performance goals through effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Base pay range: $64,625.00/yr - $129,440.00/yr. COMPENSATION RANGE: $64,625 - $129,440. Commission structure: Unlimited Commission Potential. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental Plan, Vision & Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and 401k. This role is full-time. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performance retail wireless sales team in a busy store environment. Demonstrate effective sales processes and contribute to achieving store targets. Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent; coach and mentor staff to improve performance. Foster a positive, energetic workplace culture that motivates the team and aligns with company values. Collaborate with store leadership to optimize operations and ensure excellent customer experiences. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years managing a high-traffic, sales-driven retail wireless store. High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred. Minimum of 4 years of proven work history and success in Retail Wireless Sales with direct involvement in closing sales. Experience managing a minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment or related field. Physical capacity: able to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, setup/tear down, stand for extended periods. Additional information
