We’re looking for a
Marketing Lead
to build and execute marketing strategies that position us as a leader in the wellness industry’s digital transformation space. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, SEO, PPC) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new SaaS/PaaS product launches.
2. Brand Development & Content Creation:
Proven expertise in copy writing (marketing & sales language) to create emotions of greed and fear to convert into enquiries (KPI/ORA for marketing)
Build a compelling brand identity that resonates with the wellness and healthcare industries.
Create high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and thought leadership articles.
Manage social media platforms and engage with the wellness community.
3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
Proactive Networking, relationship development & nurturing to help business owners & business leaders
Develop and optimize marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
4. Partnerships & Events:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and event organizers.
Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead acquisition, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience: Required:
5+ years of experience in
B2B marketing , preferably in
SaaS ,
consulting , or
digital transformation .
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools ,
SEO ,
SEM , and
CRM platforms
(e.g., Zoho CRM or Microsoft Excel/Google worksheet ).
Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing automation.
Preferred:
Experience in the
wellness ,
healthcare , or
Ayurveda
industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as
AI/ML
and
automation .
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
