Comfort exploring how AI reshapes user experience, product craft, and enterprise workflows Product Craft & Taste: Portfolio and/or shipped product walkthroughs that highlight user-centric systems, intuitive flows, and high bar for craft, with decisions tied to measurable user outcomes High Velocity Execution: Thrives in early-stage environments with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and minimal process. Ships with speed and impact while maintaining product quality Analytical Rigor: Uses experimentation and data — from A/B tests to build-measure-learn loops — to inform direction and iterate toward outcomes that matter Leadership Without Ego: Proven mentorship and non-hierarchical leadership; scales influence through others rather than relying solely on direct management Empathy at Every Level: Balances deep empathy for individual users with an understanding of enterprise needs and constraints, translating both into high-impact design and product bets About Valence
