Were seeking a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to help execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads among executives. This remote role reports to the Marketing Director and combines creativity, analytical thinking, and project management. The ideal candidate is a doer, someone who can write compelling copy, design visually engaging assets, and help build foundational GTM tools such as personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign playbooks.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development & Management: Partner with the Marketing Director to develop target personas, messaging, and competitive insights; plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, and paid media) that align with business goals and brand standards; manage campaign timelines, deliverables, assets, and performance reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
  • Content & Creative: Write and design marketing materials including emails, blogs, case studies, one-pagers, eBooks, ads, and presentations using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or agency support; create and update website content and landing pages using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot); ensure SEO best practices are applied across content and web assets; maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all materials and channels.
  • Demand Generation & Reporting: Build and manage lead-nurturing workflows and email automation in HubSpot; partner with sales to monitor and improve lead quality and conversion; track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 36 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup, B2B or professional services.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to turn ideas into crisp copy and visuals.
  • Experience developing content for SEO and managing paid/owned digital channels (LinkedIn, email, website).
  • Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress preferred. HTML skills a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
