Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in enhancing our companys messaging and branding efforts. As an essential member of our communications team, you will help develop and implement communication strategies that engage our internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for newsletters, press releases, and other communications materials.
• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to support communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate events, meetings, and other communication-related activities.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze communication metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support innovative communication strategies.
