Reports to: Creative Design Manager
Location: New York City – Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Web Design: Collaborate on major web initiatives, including homepage refreshes, landing pages, and supporting a new website launch.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns and automated flows, ensuring consistency across templates and customer touchpoints.
- Social Media Content: Create engaging digital assets for platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok—including static, motion, and short-form video content.
- Template Systems: Develop and maintain creative templates for social, email, concession, and print formats to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
- In-Store & Print Assets: Produce and manage in-store signage (hoardings, posters, displays) as well as supporting collateral such as lookbooks, invitations, brochures, and business cards.
- Production & Vendor Coordination: Prepare files for print and digital production, retouch assets as needed, and liaise with vendors on technical requirements to ensure accurate output.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner with marketing, retail, and wholesale teams to deliver creative that supports campaigns, visual merchandising, and policy documentation.
Core Competencies
- BFA in Art or Design or comparable experience with a portfolio of work that demonstrates knowledge of design best practices and sensitivities to layout, typography, and color.
- 4+ years of design experience, ideally within luxury fashion/retail space or equivalent agency experience
- Strong grasp of digital design principles, particularly UX/UI for responsive platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Advanced Figma proficiency for web design and collaborative workflows.
- Motion design capabilities, including video editing, animation, and storyboarding. (After Effects or similar)
- Expertise in layout and typography across multi-format outputs.
- Skilled in social-first design, with experience creating assets for IG, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- General digital production knowledge (web crops, e-vites, responsive resizes, asset optimization).
- Competency across both digital and print media, with the ability to manage technical specs for each.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or comparable
Soft Skills & Workflow Support
- Strong attention to detail in all work, particularly in repetitive and technical production tasks (e.g., cropping, formatting, scaling)
- High taste level and able to form a point of view
- Highly organized and capable of supporting and improving filing systems and digital asset libraries
- Comfortable working within existing templates while also evolving and improving design systems
- Willingness to contribute to process improvements, including refining briefs and project intake.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting needs and multitask across multiple projects, with great time management skills and ability to communicate when additional resources are needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in their work as an individual and as part of the team.
