Title: Sr. UX/UI Designer II
Location: Raleigh preferred/Atlanta/Charlotte/ (remote may potentially be considered in future)
Days can work Remote: 1 (this may be flexible but for now is strict)
Duration: Hopeful for contract to perm so 12 months for now
Shift: M-F 8-5pm

Description:

• Supporting Client Assist/AI-enabled virtual assistant projects and other AI enablement across the enterprise

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

• Lead the solution of a product area and connect it to a broader product vision. Balance multiple projects. Design and deliver user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and touchpoints. Closely collaborate with Product Management and Development. Effectively communicate design intent and rationale to design team members, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders. Clarify success metrics that deliver value to our users and the business. Lead team design reviews with business and internal design critiques. Lead and facilitate large workshops with cross-functional teams. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes. Strong understanding of UX/UI design, design thinking, design principles and best practices.
• Individual Contributor for virtual assistant space partnering across the enterprise. We work on a broad range of products from authenticated experiences to unauthenticated or small business and the respective designs/flows amongst these products and experiences is always different depending on the goal of the flow (can be account management based, transactional, informational, promotional, etc.). The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design or similar field, and experience being a strategic partner vs operating more like a consultant. Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, or equivalent work experience; senior level experience designing UX solutions for software, responsive web applications, and/or mobile native apps.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

• Multimodal design experience. Natural Language Processing (NLP)/ML Basics.
