Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a Senior Product Designer/UI leaning with a focus on building omnichannel digital experiences and applications that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with both customer and business goals.

  • Rate: $60hr-65hr
Responsibilities:
  • Design holistic digital experiences: define flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, developers, brand/marketing teams and business stakeholders to translate both user goals and business objectives into design solutions.
  • Create coherent visual and interaction design across channels (web, mobile, tablet) while maintaining and evolving design systems or component libraries.
  • Stay abreast of digital design trends, accessibility standards, responsive design best practices, and front-end constraints (CMS, web dev) to ensure designs are scalable and implementable.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of visual/UI design experience
  • Proven portfolio showing digital web and mobile projects: UI screens, interaction flows, prototypes, design systems.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visual aesthetic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
What You'll Bring
  • A strong sense of visual design along with an understanding of user experience - how UI affects usability, engagement, conversion, brand perception.
  • A user-centric mindset: you're comfortable evolving designs based on user research and business metrics.
  • Flexibility and collaboration: you'll partner with cross-functional teams and sometimes lead initiatives.
  • A bias for iteration: you're okay with rapid prototyping, getting feedback, refining, evolving.
  • A commitment to consistency and scalability: you understand design systems, pattern libraries, reuse, maintainability.
  • Strategic thinking: you align visual design choices with business goals (e.g., customer acquisition, retention, brand) rather than just making things look good.
