Job Specifics
We are looking for a talented and experienced Instructional Designer who can work with our corporate and university clients to create innovative training. This is a full‑time remote (work from home) role based in DFW that may require some travel for client meetings. Some responsibilities include:
Meet with clients to collect project requirements and source content
Create detailed project plans that align with client goals and timelines
Organize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging microlearning modules
Design and develop online learning including eLearning, microlearning, VILT, and video‑based training that drives engagement and performance
Build, test, and publish learning experiences in Learner Mobile and other LMS environments
Develop supporting eLearning and media assets, including graphics, animations, and videos
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot Synthesia, Adobe, Canva Magic Studio, and Wellsaid Labs) to streamline workflow, enhance creativity, and accelerate content generation
Apply AI‑driven solutions for ideation, scriptwriting, voiceover, video creation, image design, editing, and proofreading
Collaborate closely with a team of instructional developers, media specialists, and graphic designers to produce cohesive, high‑quality learning experiences
Present concepts and deliverables to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently
Develop strategies to increase learner engagement, retention, and adoption
Support communication plans that promote and sustain learning initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training
1+ years of experience in eLearning development
1+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, media development, and workflow efficiency
Project management skills and experience managing multiple learning projects simultaneously
Strong media and visual content creation skills
Proven ability to design and develop courses from concept to completion
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client management skills
Passion for microlearning, mobile learning, and continuous innovation
Interest in emerging learning technologies, including AI, adaptive learning, and gamification
