As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Director to take ownership of our marketing vision, build a high-performing team, and drive growth across our portfolio of digital products.
About the Role This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for someone who can both set direction and execute. You’ll define the marketing roadmap, oversee campaigns across multiple channels, and work closely with product, design, and business teams to scale brand presence and revenue.

What You’ll Do
Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy across products and platforms.
Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, paid ads, email) to drive acquisition and engagement.
Oversee brand identity, content strategy, and creative direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product and sales goals.
Define KPIs, track performance, and report key growth metrics to leadership.
Optimise audience targeting, ad spend, and channel mix for maximum ROI.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
Proven success in digital growth and multi-channel marketing.
Expertise in performance marketing and analytics (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
A strategic mindset and hands-on approach, someone who leads by doing.
