Overview
Our client, a leading organization in digital content production, is seeking a Producer I to join their team. As a Producer I, you will be part of the Shared Services Department supporting cross-functional teams involved in video, written, audio, and digital content projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various content production projects across multiple media formats. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality assets on schedule. Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources, maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure seamless project execution. Identify process improvements and help document best practices to optimize content workflows.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in content production, including video, written, audio, or digital media. Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Suite tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Drive structures. Familiarity with live production, post-production, VFX, and game development workflows is a plus.
