This is a senior in-market role focusing on regional opportunities and supporting the brand strategy within the US Hematology/Cell Therapy commercial organization. The role includes thought leader engagements, enabling the bridge between regional markets and headquarters, supporting promotional speaker training and development, peer-to-peer educational programs, and regional congress activities. The Regional Marketer (RMK) will liaise with field-based and home office teams to drive alignment and execution in accordance with approved SOPs. Geographic scope

Work with cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution for brand strategy Support the execution of approved Advisory Boards Assist in identification of Healthcare Professional (HCP) consultants based on profile established by the approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief Facilitate, participate in and attend advisory boards, where appropriate Support disease state and approved on-label conversations aligned with the label and using approved promotional messaging and PReP approved materials Engage with assigned TLs and solicit feedback as needed Participate in and attend Congresses and other industry meetings Conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs Attend meeting sessions at the congress Collaborate with other Field-based and Home Office-based teams Provide input and support in developing account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement Identify and develop HCP Speakers to provide high-quality compliant promotional education Provide refresher and follow-up training to Speakers on PReP-approved materials Host and ensure compliant execution of branded and unbranded Speaker programs Monitor Speaker performance at live programs to evaluate effectiveness Collaborate with home office Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide insights on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution Assist in the development of Home Office Brand Strategy and its regional execution Maintain professional conduct in accordance with BMS policies and applicable laws and industry codes Key Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or field medical Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience strongly preferred Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and speaker bureaus strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a large geographical territory Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and meet their needs Ability to inform strategies, develop tactics and execute plans under tight timelines Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and corporate goals Clinical knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states; willingness to continuously learn Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Self-driven with strong planning skills; able to determine effective approaches and actions Collaborative mindset with ability to manage multiple projects Willingness to pursue innovative, compliant solutions to work problems Business travel by air or car is regularly required Willingness to work evenings and select weekends If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, apply anyway. Field - United States: $164,990 - $199,933. The starting compensation range for this role is listed above for a full-time employee.
