ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA). We build intuitive customer experiences across insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services, powered by a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers.
What You Will Do
Personalization Support & Execution
Implement personalized experiences using Adobe Target and Journey Optimizer across digital channels.
Support the creation and optimization of marketing journeys based on real‑time data and customer attributes.
Customer Segmentation & Profile Management
Maintain and update customer profiles in Adobe Real‑Time CDP.
Assist in audience segmentation using behavioral and demographic data for targeted campaigns.
Campaign Development & Coordination
Develop, QA, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Customer Journey Analysis
Analyze customer behavior and journeys to identify friction points or opportunities.
Offer ideas for new personalization or segmentation strategies to improve performance.
Technical Coordination & Tagging
Support tag implementation and troubleshooting with engineering and analytics teams.
Ensure Adobe tags and data layers are correctly configured for campaign targeting and measurement.
What You Will Need
Solid experience with Adobe Real‑Time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Foundational understanding of CDPs and personalization principles.
Exposure to email marketing, onsite targeting, or mobile messaging platforms.
Experience supporting A/B or multivariate testing initiatives.
Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Adobe certifications are preferred (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Target or Real‑Time CDP).
Exposure to HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or tag management systems like Adobe Launch is preferred.
Experience in data‑rich industries such as eCommerce or financial services is preferred.
Compensation Starting pay range: $84,100.00 – $111,900.00. Full‑time employees are eligible for our incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance.
