In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the operational and commercial facets of demand generation, ensuring that your campaigns and Account-Based Marketing initiatives effectively enhance client relationships and influence the sales pipeline. You will spearhead the execution of diverse marketing channels, continuously optimizing performance and scaling ABM playbooks. This role also entails close collaboration with practice marketing directors, business development teams, and firmwide leadership, ensuring alignment of marketing programs with practice strategies and client development goals. To be successful in this role, a Bachelor’s degree in advertising or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 15 years’ experience in B2B or professional services marketing. You should demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, with a strong understanding of marketing tech stacks and the latest digital marketing technologies. A proven track record in team management, multi-channel campaign execution, and effective stakeholder collaboration is essential. Your operational excellence, exemplary writing, and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively influence senior stakeholders. Additionally, a solid understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and performance measurement in marketing are crucial. As the VP, you will be an advocate for operational excellence, scalability, and agility, while fostering a culture of innovation and growth within the marketing team.
