Radial Entertainment is a newly formed global entertainment company operating FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands, and a diverse library of over 70,000 movies and episodes in a wide variety of genres including classic TV, horror, award-winning films, classics, animation creator content and more. The company delivers high-quality entertainment across all major consumer platforms including FAST channels, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, physical product, and theatrical film. The Senior Manager serves as Radial Entertainment’s bridge to the public, leading the company’s owned media presence from our key brands across social platforms, consumer-facing websites, and marketing newsletters, all while tailoring each channel to its unique audience. The position resides within the marketing team and plays a key role in translating engagement metrics into executive insights.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the marketing team to identify priorities and determine strategy and messaging across social media, websites, and newsletters.
Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies for Radial Entertainment, Shout Studios, FilmRise and other key brands across all channels (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Letterboxd, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads). Adapt content and style to represent a range of our brands and projects we market and distribute.
Manage collaborations with media, talent, creators, platforms, and project partners and identify opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
Create original, compelling content and source media as needed to support an engaging content calendar across Radial’s brands. This includes marketing priorities as well as finding trends that are a fit, such as sharing a clip from The Howling for National Dog Day.
Provide project-specific social calendars and suggest creative elements for collaborating partners and talent as needed.
Write/edit monthly consumer newsletters, working with marketing to promote priority titles and with sales to optimize open rates and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, subscriber growth, impressions, conversions) with executive-ready insights and dashboards to guide decision-making.
Maintain and update content across various consumer-facing websites based on monthly direction and materials provided by the marketing team.
Monitor and engage with online communities, identifying emerging platform opportunities, trends, and issues that inform broader marketing and PR strategies.
Stay abreast of new developments in social media and in entertainment to communicate with Radial staff. Attend relevant conferences as needed.
Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines for Radial, Shout!, FilmRise, and related brands to ensure cohesive tone and storytelling across all channels.
Partner with paid media and analytics teams to align organic and paid social strategies for audience growth and measurable ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or related field.
A proven history of success managing social media on all major platforms.
Familiarity with multiple genres of TV and film.
Excellent writing and grammar skills, combined with originality, creativity, and a sense of humor.
Copywriting experience preferred.
Basic proficiency in Photoshop, HTML, and WordPress. Experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or native platform analytics).
Proven ability to quantify and present performance metrics and insights to executive leadership.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and to successfully meet deadlines.
