The Senior Manager, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing will manage the strategy and execution of Kosas' influencer marketing and affiliate programs.

How You’ll Contribute Influencer Relations

Drive strategy and execution of Influencer Marketing programs to reach overall brand growth and business goals within budget

Identify new influencer talent and build innovative programs and partnerships to expand new community, while deepening existing relationships for retention

Oversee ongoing influencer gifting efforts

Manage influencer paid partnerships and content calendar, including identifying the right talent for content needs, contract negotiations, briefing, timelines and deliverables

Actively share content learnings and influencer insights to evolve our strategy ongoing

Nurture agency / talent management relationships

Influencer Affiliate Management

Establish, lead and execute Kosas’ influencer affiliate program that drives revenue and growth for the DTC business

Optimize affiliate process including data collection and analysis, partner communications + incentives/offers, content generation and gifting

Ensure consistent and effective product storytelling through influencer affiliates that converts to sales

Reporting

Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis

Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer and community trends and tools

Who You Are

Strategic thinker and effective doer

Passionate about influencers, social media, the communities that thrive there & keep up with platform changes, popularity, content, trends

Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize

Creative self-starter with a can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity

Proactive problem‑solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/idea

Effective relationship-building, oral and written communication skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships and bring people together

What You’ll Bring

B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar

5‑7 yrs experience in influencer relations, social media marketing, community and/or PR

Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media community, with a particular love for beauty

Comfortable with G‑Suite

Experience with influencer software platforms (like Tribe Dynamics) and social media management tools (like Dash Hudson)

In‑depth knowledge and experience with all major social media platforms

Familiar with affiliate marketing platforms like ShopStyle, RewardStyle and TT shop

Experience with negotiation and managing influencer talent agents

Based in LA, ability to travel when needed

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
