Role Overview

We are seeking a *Lead Interior Designer* to join our Interiors team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with proven leadership skills who can manage projects, mentor the design team, and collaborate seamlessly with our architecture and construction partners.

The Lead Interior Designer will oversee multiple high-end residential projects, guiding design development, client presentations, and construction administration. You’ll be a key player in upholding 4C’s standard of excellence while ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead interiors scope on assigned projects from concept through installation * Develop design concepts, finish palettes, and furniture packages that reflect client goals and architectural intent * Create and review interior drawings, elevations, and specifications in coordination with Architecture and Construction teams * Manage client communication and presentations with clarity, creativity, and professionalism * Mentor and oversee junior/intermediate designers, providing guidance, quality checks, and career development support * Collaborate with vendors, reps, and consultants to source furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces * Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables across all project phases * Serve as a point of contact during installations and construction walk-throughs

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field * 4–6 years of experience in high-end residential interior design * AutoCAD and Revit (required) * Studio Designer (preferred) * Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) * SketchUp or Enscape/Lumion (a plus) * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace * Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills * Excellent communication and client presentation abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision * Passion for luxury residential design, materials, and furniture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
