✈️ About the Role

As we expand our presence in local markets, we're specifically seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented

PR Freelancer in Poland & Spain

to directly support our media outreach, campaign launches, story research, and localization efforts. You'll be instrumental in helping us to tell our story, connect with local media, and shine a light on the crucial work we do through strategic public relations initiatives tailored for the Polish audience. A closer overview of what you’ll do:

Localize and Translate:

Adapt and translate press releases and other communication materials for the Nordic market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy. Media Landscape Mapping:

Proactively identify and map the local media landscape, pinpointing relevant news outlets, key journalists, and emerging PR opportunities. Pitching & Follow-Up:

Confidently pitch our campaigns and stories to secure compelling local press coverage, and expertly follow up with media contacts. Media Request Coordination:

Support incoming media requests, coordinating timely and accurate responses with our central PR team. Competitors & Industry Monitoring:

Continuously monitor competitors' coverage and industry trends, proposing fresh story angles specifically tailored to Polish and Spanish audiences. Who You Are:

We are specifically seeking candidates who are ready to hit the ground running. While we value motivation and initiative immensely, for this role,

previous experience in public relations is a key criterion . A

student or recent graduate

in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations. Demonstrated Previous PR Experience:

This is crucial. You must possess

prior experience in PR or proven hands-on experience

in media relations, drafting press materials, or supporting PR campaigns. Show us what you've already done! Native Polish, with strong Spanish and English skills:

Your ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, is essential. You'll also report directly to our PR Lead in English, so strong proficiency in this language is a must. Experience in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations:

You understand the fundamentals and are eager to apply them. Organized, Curious, Proactive, and Independent:

You're comfortable managing your tasks remotely, taking initiative, and always looking for new angles. Results-Oriented:

You're driven by securing coverage and seeing the tangible impact of your work. Interest in Aviation, Travel, or Passenger Rights:
