The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for developing compelling, brand-aligned content that supports ODUGlobal's enrollment goals and the Division of Digital Transformation and Technology's reputation-building efforts. This role will focus on marketing copywriting across multiple platforms, ensuring messaging is engaging, persuasive, and aligned with ODUGlobal's and the Division's strategic priorities. Enrollment-focused marketing copy for ads, web pages, emails, social media, and digital campaigns. Short-form storytelling and promotional content that highlights ODUGlobal's strengths and innovations. Internal and external communications that showcase the Division's impact, events, and thought leadership. This position is ideal for a marketing writer with strong copywriting skills and a passion for crafting content that drives action and engagement. Position Type

General Public Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field of study required. Or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with related work experience equivalent to a master's degree in the proceeding fields Considerable experience in marketing copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing ad copy, social media content, web writing, or email campaigns. Technical & Writing Skills
Excellent writing, editing, and marketing copywriting skills. Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and audience engagement. Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple content projects at once. Key Competencies
