Development & Marketing Coordinator (Full-time, on-site preferred) Reports to:

Executive Director Salary:

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr, commensurate with experience Seeds of Hope is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the financial, fundraising, and outreach activities of Seeds of Hope, the Father Glenn O’Connor Home, and the Marvetta & Anthony Grimes Family Center. This role blends financial coordination, event planning, and marketing outreach to help women and families in recovery build stable, independent lives. Lived experience or prior experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorder (SUD) is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Finance & Administrative Coordination

- Manage deposits through Merchants Capture; process and track invoices in coordination with the Executive Director and bookkeeping; maintain accurate records of fundraising transactions and event income. IDA Program Coordination

- Work with residents to provide information and support for IDA savings account applications and maintenance; collect and organize required documentation; schedule and host monthly meetings with residents in the IDA program; track progress and ensure compliance with program requirements; plan and execute annual fundraising events including the Reverse Raffle and Walking for Dreams; maintain and update donor database; ensure accurate data entry and prompt gift acknowledgment; assist with sponsorship outreach, donor communications, and post-event follow-up. Marketing & Networking

- Create social media and email content promoting Seeds of Hope programs and events; design flyers and promotional materials; build and maintain relationships with community partners and local organizations; represent Seeds of Hope at networking and community events. Qualifications & Preferences

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Experience with fundraising, donor databases, and event coordination Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Lived experience or prior experience working with individuals affected by SUD preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or GSuite and basic design/communications tools Benefits
