Produce polished, vertical-format animated shorts in an authentic anime style
Collaborate with the in‑house team to interpret briefs and deliver on creative vision
Manage the animation pipeline from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on work as needed
Maintain consistency in style, pacing, and quality across all deliverables
Communicate progress and address challenges proactively throughout the project
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as an animator specializing in anime‑style animation
Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation skills and anime sensibilities
Proficiency with industry‑standard animation software (e.g., Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or similar)
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and deliverables effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with creative teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
Availability for a single project with potential for follow‑up assignments
