What will you be doing?
Responsibilities
Support:
Maintain knowledge of current and future trends through strong market research skills, and cultural media awareness.
Manage:
Design footwear that supports the brand essence through sketching ability, strong understanding of trend-right color and material, brand positions, and innovative and creative input.
Lead:
Supports the design process with rigorous thumbnailing and sketching followed by precise tech-pack building, detailed proto fittings, and well-articulated proto comments.
Partnership:
Develop strong working relationship with Product Development, Tech, and Sales team to engineer best-in-class product, promote speed to market concepts, stay on calendar, and maximize continuous merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design related field
Minimum 5+ years design experience in the footwear design industry
Excellent verbal communication and presentation experience
Leadership and people management
Strong sketching skills on Procreate.
Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop
