Content Strategist – Legal & Regulatory Control Operations As a Content Strategist supporting Legal & Regulatory Control Operations, you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end employee and customer experiences by applying advanced service design principles. You will help define, optimize, and implement Content strategies that enhance the way employees and customers interact with products and services. Your expertise will enable you to identify gaps, solve complex problems, and provide informed recommendations for improving experiences across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end service experiences, creating service blueprints and journey maps to enhance direct and indirect interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architecture, product, technology, data, and business partners—to understand user needs and expectations. Conduct user experience research, workshops, and iterative design sessions to gather insights and optimize service delivery. Apply inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies to ensure services are usable by all customers and employees. Draft storyboards, experience maps, and service prototypes that illustrate customer journeys and highlight areas for improvement. Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating feedback to continuously enhance the customer journey and back-office enterprise applications. Provide guidance and support to peers while working independently on service design initiatives. Required Skills
Proven experience in service design, including journey mapping, storyboarding, and creating service blueprints. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and ability to apply them across multiple products or disciplines. Experience in financial services, supporting enterprise applications for back-office specialists. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions through iterative design and information architecture. Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility, and assistive technology. Seniorities
