Own in‑app communications and activation journeys (e.g., guided walkthroughs, checklists, nudges) to reduce time‑to‑value and increase feature engagement across new and existing customers.

Lead cross‑functional product sunsetting and migration plans, ensuring proactive messaging, risk mitigation, and training that protect retention.

Support CX to deliver live training, community webinars, and in‑person workshops that reinforce the "way to work" in product and convert awareness into usage.

Support Sales to deliver a compelling product pitch of the product that aligns with the defined ideal customer profile to increase new customer acquisition.
