As a Sales Account Manager focused on **Fruit Processing**, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ingredient solutions, driving strategic growth, and delivering value to our partners. This is your opportunity to bring your passion for food, wellness, and client success to a team that thrives on innovation and impact.**Your Key Responsibilities:*** **Accelerate Sales Growth** by aligning regional strategies with global objectives to meet ambitious targets in the North American Fruit Processing market—focusing on high-impact ingredients like **enzymes, vitamins, hydrocolloids, and natural colors** used in apple, berry, grape, and cranberry processing.* **Lead Business Development** by expanding key accounts, channels, and territories, while promoting a versatile portfolio of ingredient solutions tailored to customer needs in fruit, sugar, and grain processing.* **Shape Market Strategy** through deep analysis of trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes—identifying growth opportunities and crafting effective sales approaches.* **Champion Client Engagement** by proactively managing sales pipelines, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through tailored presentations, product insights, and collaborative solution development.* **Deliver Strategic Insights** that guide decision-making and unlock new opportunities by staying ahead of market shifts and translating data into actionable strategies.* **Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration** by working closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with innovation, marketing, and customer support for seamless execution.**We Bring:*** Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.* Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative.* Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions.* Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet.* Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions.* Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.**You Bring:*** At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in fruit processing or related ingredient solutions (e.g., enzymes for apple, berry, grape, cranberry).* Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts.* Exceptional communication and professionalism in customer interactions; ability to build and rebuild relationships in a competitive space.* Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach.* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including hands-on site visits (e.g., farms, juice facilities).* A bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, finance, or a science/technology field related to food & beverages.*The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$150,000.**In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
