Manager Talent Strategy & Operations | Workday Pro Recruiting | 5w6 | INTJ. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is accountable for communicating our culture and mission to prospective future team members with a focus on employer branding. They will research, develop, implement and measure innovative talent attraction and brand strategies to achieve candidate pipeline generation and build employment brand awareness. This position will work side-by-side with our Marketing and Communication teams to propose compelling and engaging content for our O’Reilly Careers social media channels. They will also work closely with all job boards and external marketing firms to maximize O’Reilly recruitment dollars spent and reduce cost per hire. Responsibilities
Partner with Public Relations & Marketing to develop O'Reilly Careers social media and job board plans, including content strategies, articles and campaigns, with an emphasis on setting strategic goals and developing key reporting metrics Lead marketing channels: use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals Continually seek out new ways to drive communication and engagement by optimizing website content, tags, keywords, blogs and various web marketing avenues based on data to increase SEO Research and keep up to date with the latest social media communication and trends Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance Respond in a timely manner to compliments, complaints and questions received through various platforms and coordinate with appropriate departments Maintenance of O’Reilly Careers, all employer pages and company intranet Create recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaigns for distribution across DCs, stores, and Corporate Office Provide excellent customer service regarding Talent Acquisition items such as onboarding support to internal team members or external customers or applicants inquiring about the hiring process Assist with special department projects as needed All other duties as assigned Qualifications
Required: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience Have a proven ability to achieve goals, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as trending, hashtags, increasing engagement and followers Understanding and execution of KPI-driven social media campaigns and job boards Understanding of Google Analytics and building/maintaining reports Entry level experience in Adobe, Photoshop and/or Illustrator Strong sense of professionalism & judgment in response to inquiries in the public social media space High standard and level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, individual contributor with strong organizational skills and professionally assertive Be a strong team player and able to work collaboratively with others to a common goal Personable, enthusiastic, and proactive Desire: 1-3 years of experience in social media and influencer strategy includes managing a company’s social media platforms Extensive and expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Experience in shooting, editing and formatting professional, engaging and inspirational photos and videos Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, or other analytic/project management platforms Experience working with job board partners, able to develop job advertisements that boost SEO and job awareness Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing Benefits
