Marketing Specialist - Eastern Midwest Division – IN, KY, OH, MI, WV We are looking for a resourceful, passionate, dedicated marketing professional with strong initiative to join our Eastern Midwest (EMW) marketing team. As a member of the EMW Division, you are at the heart of our employee-owned organization with the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding and talented technical and client development professionals within the division and nationwide to win new business and cultivate an outstanding client experience.

General Responsibilities

Support the marketing strategy for the Eastern Midwest offices of an engineering consulting firm.

Provide consultation on strategic proposal development and management.

Partner with division and corporate marketing to create and update promotional materials and digital marketing efforts.

Generate and participate in tactical tradeshow/conference/project interview strategies.

Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Demonstrate a strong eye for detail, willingness to learn and try new strategies, and excellent time management.

Essential Role And Responsibilities

Manage multiple marketing projects with competing deadlines.

Collaborate with project managers and/or pursuit champions to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce strategic, high-quality submittals to RFP and RFQ responses.

Track and respond to teaming requests while supporting large-scale federal pursuits through cross-functional collaboration and compliance with submission requirements.

Aid and actively participate in event planning and organization of tradeshow/conference/community involvement/client appreciation gift efforts.

Maintain, utilize, and champion CRM efforts.

Provide support for miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Located in the Eastern Midwest (IN, KY, OH, MI, WV). The position can be fully remote and/or hybrid if the candidate resides close to an office in the region.

Background in public relations, marketing, copywriting, or advertising.

A/E/C industry knowledge is desired.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.

Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.

SF330 experience is desired.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field and 2 years of marketing and communications experience. Alternatively, in lieu of a degree, 4 years of related experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Comfortable working with multiple deadlines.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
