Assistant Marketing Manager- Business Projectors Are you ready to be part of a globally trusted brand where cutting‑edge technology meets exceptional talent? In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Business Projector line of business, we are looking for an B2B Assistant Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by listening and helping customers to understand their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to build awareness and position for the BenQ Business projectors in the North American market. This role will align with and report directly to the Senior Director regarding the business vision, direction, and strategies of the business projectors and InstaShow Wireless Presentation Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Influencer and Media Management

Work with product management to identify, profile, and establish relationships with key influencers in target markets (house mapping, golf, immersive environments, etc.)

Develop and execute influencer marketing plans that effectively promote BenQ products to the target end‑user audience

Create compelling content to share with media outlets and editors effectively to boost brand credibility and product value

Content and Inbound Marketing

Leverage inbound marketing tools to learn customer needs with projector and wireless presentation systems and create automated systems to respond to customer questions

Turn customer questions and needs into dynamic content that differentiates our products in the market and turns value propositions into effective communications (Content includes product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, white papers, blog articles, etc.)

Work with marketing and sales to execute and continuously improve marketing automation campaigns and programs in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and lead generation

Develop and execute co‑marketing campaigns with channel partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across targeted verticals

Create and manage partner enablement materials, including website & sales toolkits, training content, and promotional assets to support channel success

Analyze campaign performance and partner engagement, using data‑driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI across the channel ecosystem

Event Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement

Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and staffing to deliver seamless event experiences

Track event performance and ROI, using post‑event analytics and feedback to optimize future strategies and improve attendee satisfaction.

Social Media Management

Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for targeted social media platforms relevant to the target markets (Facebook/LinkedIn/YouTube/X)

Create and publish compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals

Monitor and analyze social media performance and trends, leveraging data to refine content and maximize engagement

Prepare performance reports for key stakeholders

Stay informed on the latest social media platform updates, tools, and content trends to ensure BenQ stays at the forefront of social media B2B practices

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 or similar tools to report on marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, CPC ads, organic search keywords, and social media

Evaluate content effectiveness and keyword positioning, with insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

5+ years of experience in a relevant B2B digital or product marketing discipline, including lead generation, management, and marketing automation

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages – article writing a plus

Content Management System experience – Adobe Experience Manager a plus

Strategic, analytic, and creative judgment skills

Handles fast‑paced environments, reacts to digital data, and makes changes

Work well with teams, including interdepartmental teams in the US and HQ

Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills

A wide degree of creativity with an understanding of working with global branding guidelines

Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach to management and teamwork

Detail‑oriented and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently

Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skills

HubSpot experience with creating emails, landing pages, and drip campaign process flow

Salesforce or other CRM customer management experience

Excellent business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)

Must be flexible, innovative, highly motivated with a hunter mentality, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and can work with minimal supervision to achieve stated goals

Superior communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required: Business, Marketing and Communications, or related field preferred

Compensation:

Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
