An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Marketing Officer – Commercial to join our Marketing team reporting to our Group Marketing Manager. You will work closely with our Business Development Unit and alongside our inhouse Graphics and PR & Communications teams. Responsibilities

As a Group Marketing Officer – Commercial with Etc. you will be responsible for the development and management of promoting our commercial side of the business including our apprenticeship offer to both students and employer, our Bootcamps & BELPs and Innersummit site. You will action effective and impactful marketing campaigns through networking and employer events, sharing local ownership of our brand/ identity, local, digital and social media presence, as well as monitoring the impact of marketing activities and gathering and analysing marketing intelligence. Qualifications and attributes

The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, has the ability to work to high levels and has accuracy and attention to detail. Someone who is able to work independently but also as part of the wider marketing & recruitment team and business development team and will be willing to learn and develop. We are looking for someone who has obtained a degree within the creative or business management industry and have experience and knowledge of B2B marketing along with designing, developing, and delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns for commercial clients. Prior experience or a qualification in Marketing isn’t essential but would be advantageous. The required knowledge and skills can be found in the personal specification, but continuous training and development will be given.
