Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of all channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer partnership across the Americas region. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product management, and customer service to support distributor programs, regional campaigns, and lead management processes that strengthen Arlon’s position in the market. The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a collaborative environment, ensuring marketing programs are executed with excellence and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distributor Support: Act as the key marketing liaison for distributor partners and the Americas Sales team, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

Sales & Distributor Support: Partner with distributors to co-develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and training events that support sell-through, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.

Sales & Distributor Support: Support the planning and execution of MDF (Marketing Development Fund) activities, including aligning activities to strategy and reporting on outcomes.

Sales & Distributor Support: Create distributor toolkits with sales enablement resources, localized content, and promotional assets that empower partners to effectively market Arlon products.

Regional Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns promoting key regional priorities, product launches, and initiatives.

Regional Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across marketing functions.

Regional Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign setup, email automation, and performance reporting.

Regional Campaign Execution: Localize messaging and creative assets for regional use, ensuring relevance and alignment with market needs.

Sales Enablement and Internal Collaboration: Partner with product development to develop launch kits, promotional materials, and internal communications for new products or campaigns.

Sales Enablement and Internal Collaboration: Provide marketing support for regional training workshops, customer meetings, and regional initiatives.

Sales Enablement and Internal Collaboration: Gather feedback and market insights from sales, distributors, and customers to refine future campaigns and tools.

Sales Enablement and Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with the Visual Designer to develop effective sales and partner-facing materials.

Marketing Operations & Support: Lead the coordination of literature, collateral, and sample processes across the Americas, ensuring accuracy, availability, timely fulfillment, and budget.

Marketing Operations & Support: Support planning and execution of regional trade shows and events.

Marketing Operations & Support: Oversee vendor relationships for printed materials, promotional items, and event-related assets.

Marketing Operations & Support: Support budget management for the Americas marketing team, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.

Marketing Operations & Support: Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations and increase team efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.

Strong communications skills in English (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal).

Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum four (4) years of work experience performing similar tasks.

Valid driver license and auto insurance.

Valid travel documents, including U.S. passport.

Willingness and availability to travel to various locations in the United States and other locations globally as required.

Additional Considerations

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in marketing automation, analytics, and social media management tools.

Proficiency in Spanish language (listening, verbal, written, presentation).

Pay Transparency The current pay range for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000/yr. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
