As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home. What You’ll Do
Tutors support students through 1-on-1 online sessions, using our Live Learning Platform to deliver instruction, share resources, and adapt to each student’s needs. You will invoice for your tutoring sessions and manage your own availability, with payments processed through Varsity Tutors. What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in SAT Writing and Language and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
