Marketing Technology Manager – Dallas, TX (onsite, direct hire)
Overview
This role is an onsite direct hire opportunity located in Dallas, Texas. Base pay range is $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr. The range is provided by Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Marketing Technology Manager Role Oversee the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM systems, digital platforms, and workflow processes.
Ensure data integrity, support strategic marketing and business development initiatives, and drive technology-enabled solutions across all offices.
Combine technical expertise with marketing insight; manage a small team, train staff, and collaborate with Marketing, Events, Business Development, IT, and Practice Group Management.
Serve as primary data steward and administrator for CRM systems, ensuring integration, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
Support digital marketing efforts, including brand strategy, website content, email campaigns, SEO, and template management.
Enable event technology support, including invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and post-event reporting.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for attorneys and staff; create clear documentation and tutorials.
Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and implement best practices for marketing technologies.
Lead, coach, and mentor the Marketing & Data Assistant, aligning team priorities with organizational objectives.
This role requires the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users and maintain a service-oriented approach under pressure.
Background Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7–10+ years in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field. Willing to consider fewer years of experience for the right fit.
Advanced experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), database management, cleaning, and optimization.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, campaign list management (Vuture preferred), website management, marketing automation, and graphic design software.
Direct experience with brand strategy, client lifecycle management, digital campaigns, marketing analytics, and SEO.
Proven ability to manage a team, provide mentorship, and deliver technology training programs.
Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and project management capabilities.
Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences; strong verbal and written communication.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented. Calm under pressure with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Professional services or law firm background preferred; prior experience in training and mentoring staff; experience with multi-office collaboration.
