**About the team**
Product & Design is Clutch’s creative engine, turning ideas into live products in days, not months. We build delightful customer experiences, run growth experiments, develop internal SaaS tools, and prep AI-ready data sets, challenging norms and shaping the future of car retail.
**What you’ll do**
\* Craft well-functioning, beautiful products that users love, and are eager to recommend
\* Continuously study users across Clutch’s products to identify opportunities for product-led growth
\* Launch experiments, measure the success of your designs and iterate on them
\* Optimize Clutch’s internal products that fuel various departments
\* Work directly with our design lead, marketers, and engineers
**Minimum requirements**
\* 4+ years of experience as a product designer
\* Strong product sense (you think of a product as a whole, rather than a set of screens)
\* Experience with launching experiments and A/B testing
\* Passion for design and product-led growth
**Preferred qualifications**
\* Experience working at a startup, as an early employee or founder
\* Comfortable shipping fast to learn fast
\* Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
\* Ability to prioritize
\* Learning mindset
**You WILL NOT enjoy this role if**
\* You are primarily a visual designer
\* You prefer firm processes over adaptive ones
\* You don’t like being scrappy
\* You don’t like small, agile teams
