Live Sports Editorial Producer
Location: Onsite in Culver City, CA
Schedule: 40 hours/week; working Wednesday-Sunday
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $58-$60.10/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Live Sports Editorial Producer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working onsite in Culver City, CA, working Wednesday through Sunday.

Live Sports Editorial Producer Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree; 5+ years related work experience
- Excellent social, communication, and written skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Self starter confident in their ability to identify when to problem solve and when to ask for guidance
- Advanced knowledge of iWork and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to both lead and follow
- Proven track record to lead high-profile projects within short timeframes
- Proven track record of cross-functional team management, while exercising the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proven ability to adapt to change seamlessly
- Well versed in digital entertainment trends and live sports
- Flexible in working days and hours - including off-hours, weekends
- A passion for and deep understanding of a wide range of sports, including but not limited to the client's existing slate of sports programming
- Play a pivotal role in crafting how millions of consumers around the world discover and enjoy the best movies and television in the app
- Define, refine, uphold, and advance the experience of discovering and consuming the best content in the world on the video platform
- Act as the definitive project manager for all projects assigned
- Play an active role in projects and coordinate tasks for a wide range of worldwide teams including design, UI, editorial, localization, content programming, and marketing to ensure that projects are kicked off and completed on time and as expected
- Work on high-pressure projects with various stakeholders
- Set milestones, be flexible as priorities shift but also keep sight of deadlines and launch dates
- Juggle relationships with several types of personalities
- Operate with a focused sense of urgency
