Luxury Content & Client Experience Manager

Wagner Bespoke Travel is a luxury travel agency known for crafting extraordinary journeys and building trusted relationships with the worlds best hotels. Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player to join us as our Content & Client Experience Manager.

This role blends content creation, client care, and operational supportperfect for someone who loves elevated storytelling.

What Youll Do

  • Edit and manage Instagram content, including reels, captions, and stories that reflect our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that highlights hotel partners, seasonal travel moments, and upcoming features.
  • Oversee and grow our LinkedIn presence, helping position Wagner Bespoke Travel as a thought leader in the luxury travel space.
  • Design and send quarterly newsletters via Flodesk with clean visuals and engaging storytelling.
  • Use Canva to create on-brand materials for social, digital, and client use.
  • Provide occasional concierge support confirming amenities, following up with hotel partners, and helping ensure our clients experiences are flawless.
  • Participate in rotating weekend coverage, monitoring messages or time?sensitive client needs as part of a shared team rotation.
  • Are a self?starter with experience in social media, communications, or client relations (ideally in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality).
  • Have an eye for luxury design and understand the nuances of tone and brand voice.
  • Thrive in a small business environment where flexibility, initiative, and collaboration matter.
  • Are organized and proactive, with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Love luxury hotels, travel, and beautiful content that inspires.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva proficiency required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a keen understanding of luxury branding.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a luxury brand is a major plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client?first mindset.
  • A strong aesthetic eye with the ability to curate and create content that aligns with our brand identity.
