Social Media & Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Team. Are you a creative, self?driven marketing expert who thrives on taking initiative? Our real estate team of 15 agents in Coeur dAlene, Idaho, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and connect with clients in meaningful ways. If youre a self?starter who loves working independently and making an impact, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to our audience.
• Manage paid ad campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with agents to promote listings, open houses, and events.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay ahead of real estate marketing trends to keep us competitive.
• Take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision to deliver results.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing (real estate experience is a plus!).
• Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing).
• Knowledge of paid ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Self?starter who can work independently and drive projects forward without constant oversight.
