About the Role
Were on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who is a true self?startersomeone who thrives on turning ideas into reality and isnt afraid to get hands?on. This role is for a generalist who can balance strategy, creativity, and execution, and who is passionate about social media, culture, and community.
Youll take charge of all marketing initiatives at Kapsulecovering social media, PR, influencer partnerships, content, campaigns, and more. If you often have 50 ideas while scrolling through TikTok, get excited about unboxing experiences, and love connecting brands with cultural trends, youll fit right in.
What Youll Do
Social Media
- Manage Kapsules TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels like theyre your personal playground.
- Create and post content, engage with our community, and leverage trends that align with the brand.
- Track performance, making adjustments to maintain momentum.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Build and manage our influencer/creator database.
- Develop and execute influencer gifting and seeding programs, from fun PR packages to major campaign moments.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and stay updated on key figures in the space.
PR & Brand Buzz
- Oversee our PR agency to ensure they are aligned with our goals.
- Lead the creation of press packages, pitches, and narratives that generate media interest.
- Keep Kapsule featured in wellness, lifestyle, and cultural publications.
Performance Marketing
- Direct paid digital strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels.
- Manage ad budgets, conduct creative testing, and assess campaign performance.
- Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns to enhance conversions, improve CAC efficiency, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are both on?brand and effective.
Campaigns & Brand Building
- Execute campaigns and product launches across digital, social, and in?person experiences.
- Develop creative activations that spark conversations and foster brand loyalty.
- Keep marketing efforts organized and efficientmanaging budgets, timelines, reports, and all the behind?the?scenes details.
Who You Are
- 3?4 years of marketing experience (preferably in?house at a consumer brand).
- A self?starter who thrives on taking ownershipsomeone who doesnt wait for instructions.
- Obsessed with social mediayou know TikTok and Instagram inside and out.
- Experienced in working with PR agencies and/or influencers.
- A creative thinker with a scrappy, proactive attitude.
- An excellent communicator who is super organized (because details matter).
- Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and building innovative brands.
Experience: 3?4 years (in?house preferred)
Salary: $80?$85k per year
