Position Overview

Marketing Specialist - Email & Events at UDT Group. This hybrid role focuses on driving demand generation and brand awareness through email campaigns and event marketingboth virtual and in-person.

Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns and automated nurture campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Segment and maintain email lists within HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
  • Collaborate with design to develop compelling visuals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and formats to optimize open and click?through rates.
  • Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and report on key KPIs (CTR, MQLs, conversions).
  • Ensure compliance with CAN?SPAM and email best practices.
Event Marketing
  • Execute the company's participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and webinarsfrom logistics and booth management to lead follow-up.
  • Manage event calendars, vendor relationships, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate pre? and post?event campaigns, including email outreach and sales enablement follow?up.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to maximize event ROI through targeted messaging and audience engagement.
  • Measure event performance, lead generation impact, and ROI reporting.
Cross?Functional Collaboration
  • Support marketing operations and data hygiene within HubSpot and SugarCRM.
  • Assist with additional marketing activities as needed, including paid campaigns, social media, or website content updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B technology, SaaS, or data intelligence company.
  • Proven success managing email marketing campaigns and event send?to?end.
  • Hands?on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for design consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
