Responsibilities
- UX Research role for physical product, not digital.
- Designing products with the end-user in mind.
- Thinking about how our customers are going to use our products helps us to create a more useful design.
- There are various methods for establishing what designs people want, including collecting data and ideas from the target user.
- You will research brands, culture, products, and marketing.
- You will conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including field tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs.
- Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence. Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.
Primary Tasks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan research initiatives
- Define research goals
- Define workstream plan and timeline
- Deploying the right research methods
- Collecting data and performing interviews
- Synthesize data
- Storytelling and influencing with your insights
Qualifications
- Degree in related field
