About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing Operations to lead the scaling of its marketing systems, processes, and data infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the operational strategy and leadership, driving the adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools, and building and uplifting the execution of cross-channel marketing programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, and revenue attribution models. The VP will also be tasked with team leadership and development, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the marketing operations function supports the company's growth and global expansion. Candidates for the VP of Marketing Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in operational roles, be data-driven, and possess a strong managerial background. The role demands a leader who is highly motivated, a builder of systems at scale, and who can effectively partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless revenue operations alignment.
