Presentation Designer Full-time, in‑office position. Candidates must be onsite or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL; Louisville, KY; or Los Angeles, CA. Compensation Pay: $75,000–$95,000 per year plus incentives. Base pay may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities Design branded presentations for internal and external audiences, including marketing campaigns, product launches, sales decks, investor materials, and executive overviews. Translate strategic content into visual stories that are clean, on‑brand, and easy to understand. Develop custom graphics, visual systems, and design elements to elevate presentation narratives and align with brand identity. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to gather inputs, understand goals, and meet deadlines. Build and maintain presentation templates and assets for consistency and ease of use across departments. Ensure all presentations are brand‑aligned, visually polished, and optimized for delivery, whether in meetings, on‑stage presentations, or digital distribution. Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnarounds. Set and exceed quality benchmarks without compromising speed or execution. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Requirements Portfolio required: include a link to your portfolio in your resume. 3+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design, preferably within a brand or agency setting. Expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience creating decks for various audiences such as internal teams, executives, sales partners, and external stakeholders. Strong foundation in composition, color theory, and design principles. Ability to quickly understand complex content and distill it into clean, clear, and beautiful visuals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. High degree of accountability, ownership, and self‑motivation.
