Or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
