As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology—translating complex user and business needs into elegant, intuitive, and impactful digital solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to create seamless end-to-end experiences, helping mature design practices, influence product direction, and deliver measurable customer impact. What You’ll Do Partner with Product and Engineering leads to frame user problems, define opportunities, and deliver thoughtful, data-informed solutions. Deeply understand user behaviors, business goals, and product ecosystems to craft intuitive, outcome-driven experiences. Mentor other designers in UX strategy, design craft, and human-centered thinking. Facilitate collaboration and feedback sessions across teams to align on design vision and execution. Evolve and scale our design language and system to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms. Develop hypotheses, run experiments, gather insights, and iterate rapidly to refine solutions. Prototype and validate ideas at any fidelity—favoring collaboration and experimentation over extensive documentation. Engage in the technical details to ensure seamless, high-quality implementation. What You Bring 7+ years designing software products with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional problem-solving, system thinking, and user impact. Broad UX skillset with deep expertise in at least two areas: UI Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User Research, or UX Design Strong product sense and UX strategy experience—you think holistically about customer journeys, not just screens. Comfortable driving clarity in ambiguity—you don’t wait for perfect requirements to start creating. Experience across the full design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration.
