About The Position We are seeking a talented, forward-thinking Media Planner to join our team and drive business growth for clients across a variety of consumer and B2B industries. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY? Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, print, and out-of-home channels, aligned with client objectives and budgets. Conduct media research and gather audience and competitive data to support planning decisions. Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and actualization. Engage with media vendors and partners to negotiate rates, book placements, and gather performance metrics. Aid in the management and execution of ad trafficking, ensuring assets are organized and available within each media platform. Monitor campaign performance, gather data, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare client-facing reports and presentations, keeping internal groups and clients informed of campaign progress and key metrics. Collaborate closely with other LLYC departments and specialties (inclusive of Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Account Management, Creative, and AdOps teams) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Assist senior media team members with projects and special tasks as needed. What We Are Looking For 1-2 years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related field preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; must be able to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to compose professional, business emails to clients and vendors Public speaking skills and/or experience are a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required Familiarity with media planning tools and software is a plus, but not required Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Academic Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a similar/related program Benefits And Perks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid Parental Leave 401(k) match potential and flex accounts Flexible work schedules and Summer Hours This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
