Job Title: User Studies Facilitator / UX Researcher Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week) Duration: 6 Months Bill Rate: $40/hr Job Description: We are seeking a User Studies Facilitator / UX Research Assistant to support hands‑on user study data collection efforts in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (0–2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field, with experience in user studies, UI/UX research, and study facilitation. Candidates with prior Apple experience are strongly preferred. Must Have Skills: 0–2 years of experience in user studies, UI/UX research, or human factors testing. Experience facilitating and moderating in‑person user studies. Strong understanding of study protocols, participant management, and data collection best practices. Prior Apple experience and ability to work onsite in Cupertino (5x/week). Hands‑on experience with device setup, troubleshooting, and software installation (SSH/terminal command line familiarity). Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills. Ability to manage participant scheduling, correspondence, and study logistics.
