ESC has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our premier clients Greenhouse Gas Reduction (GHGR) marketing team based in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment with opportunities to lead winning marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration. The position works fully onsite in Milwaukee for the initial 3 to 6 months and then hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the GHGR marketing team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture while supporting individual development.
- Oversee quality control of proposals, presentations, and technical content to ensure alignment with brand standards, grammar, and tone.
- Coordinate marketing activities including CRM management, event strategy, video production, social media, website updates, branding, and sales enablement materials.
- Set and track team performance goals across marketing verticals such as sponsorships, social media, training, branded collateral, CRM utilization, and event execution.
- Partner with leadership to shape marketing plans through data-driven forecasting, promotional strategy, campaign planning, and calendar development.
- Manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic allocation of resources.
- Collaborate across departments and markets for cross-functional business development opportunities and integrated pursuit strategies.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all internal and external marketing channels.
- Coordinate public relations and social media initiatives with the corporate marketing team.
- Contribute to internal strategic planning and sales optimization committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing in the professional services industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision of B2B marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing proposals within the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry.
- Proven ability to manage digital asset and marketing material repositories.
- Skilled at thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- High emotional intelligence with strengths in collaboration, conflict resolution, and mentorship.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
