Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for Agodas new and emerging marketing channels.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), build structured analyses, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to drive data?driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities, interpret trends, and apply techniques using tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Communicate findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst in tech, consulting, e?commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies: SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Innovative problem?solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
